Leadbooth is a marketplace where event enquiries (leads) are generated through advertising campaigns and then sold to photobooth suppliers who want to book more events.

Instead of photobooth companies running and managing their own ads, Leadbooth centralises marketing and supplies ready-to-contact event enquiries.

1️⃣ Advertising Campaigns Are Run

Leadbooth runs targeted advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).

These ads promote photobooth hire services for:

• • Weddings

  • Birthdays

  • Corporate events

  • Parties

  • School proms

  • Special occasions

Each campaign directs potential clients to a dedicated landing page / Lead collection form.

2️⃣ Clients Submit Their Details (Leads)

Interested customers fill out a form on the landing page, providing details such as:

• • Name

  • Contact information

  • Event date

  • Event location

  • Event type

  • Additional requirements

3️⃣ Leads Are Listed on the Platform

The collected leads are uploaded to the Leadbooth platform where registered members can view them.

4️⃣ Members Purchase Leads

Photobooth businesses who are members of Leadbooth can:

• • Browse available leads

  • Purchase leads relevant to their area or availability

  • Receive the client’s contact details

5️⃣ Members Contact the Client Directly

Once a lead is purchased:

• • The member contacts the client directly

  • They offer their services

  • They set their own pricing

  • They negotiate and close the booking independently

Leadbooth does not set pricing for members and does not manage the booking — it simply supplies the opportunity.

Lead pricing varies depending on the platform the enquiry was generated from, as advertising costs differ across channels. However, we cap our pricing to ensure affordability — our maximum charge per lead is £5.95, regardless of source.

This may be subject to change but each lead is clearly price marked befor purchase.

Different platforms have different advertising costs:

• • Some platforms generate cheaper but higher-volume leads

  • Others generate more targeted, higher-intent enquiries

  • Seasonal demand can also affect acquisition cost

Rather than charging a flat inflated rate, pricing reflects the actual acquisition cost — capped at £5.95.

If the average photobooth booking is £300–£600:

• • Even a 1 in 20 conversion rate could be profitable

  • At £5.95 max per lead, 20 leads = £119

  • One booking can cover that spend

It allows members to scale their bookings without running their own ads or managing marketing.

Compared to platforms like Bark and Add to Event, Leadbooth offers significantly more cost-effective access to new enquiries.

Boothleads enquiries are sold a maximum of 3 times, meaning members face less competition when contacting a client. In contrast, platforms such as Bark and Add to Event can distribute the same lead to up to 5 vendors.

🔄 Lead Returns / Replacements

You can request a lead return only for valid reasons:

1. 1. 📞 Invalid contact info – The phone number provided doesn’t work.

   2. 🛡️ Unauthorized submission – The client’s details were given without their permission.

   3. ⚠️ Fraud or phishing – The lead is an attempt to get seller info or comes from a competitor.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

• • The client booked someone else or changed their mind.

  • The client doesn’t respond to calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or emails.
